During the pandemic, schools and businesses had to pivot and adapt in ways we’ve never would’ve imagined. During that time our developed a safe, high-energy, interactive presentation that will encourage, educate, and entertain your students VIRTUALLY! This presentation is unlike anything you have EVER seen before.
Our virtual Be the IMPACT Assembly can be viewed and enjoyed by students that are attending school remotely at home as well as in the classroom at school.
How does this work?
Many schools are doing school virtually over ZOOM. Our team will host (or join an already established room and given host access) and will share the presentation via screen share.
Why a pre-recorded show?
This allowed our team to add many different effects, transitions, games, skits, costumes, and creativity that will surely get your students pumped up, focused, and engaged. We wanted to make sure the quality of the value and content was consistent with our live in-person performances. Also, this helps to alleviate numerous technical issues that could arise during a virtual presentation. (Let’s face it, technology can get messy.)
Is it still interactive?
Yes!!! Our presentation is delivered in a way that will get students moving, grooving, and repeating the message back to the screen. Our speaker has constant call to actions through the entire program. The program was created specifically for the students to participate and repeat the talking points.
How long does it last?
The video presentation from start to finish is 42 minutes. This is including a brief intro/countdown and credits. We want to make sure everyone is logged in, ready, and we’d hate for anyone to miss any of the excitement. We will begin once we receive confirmation that all the students are present.
Can a teacher/admin/PTA representative pre-screen the performance?
Absolutely. We understand that a Virtual Experience is still new for many. We want to make sure you are comfortable with the quality of our service. We will arrange a time that works for both parties. A full video link will not be posted online.
During the presentation we use IMPACT as an acrostic.
IMPACT stands for:
I – Impress
Our goal as future world changers is to leave a good impression on everyone we come in contact with. Teachers want the students to be successful and there are rules to follow that will help students have a safe experience while learning. It is important to listen to our teachers and follow their instructions. We need to be sure that the choices we make are good choices, and the people we look up to are making good choices as well.
M – Motivate
Beginning every day with encouragement for yourself will help start your day on the right foot. Every student is awesome, amazing, able, smart, and beautiful. Not only is it important to encourage and motivate yourself, but it makes others feel good when you motivate and encourage them too! Rather than leaving others out, it is important to accept everyone. Everyone is unique. It’s important to build each other up rather than tear each other down.
P – Positive
It’s very easy to get caught up in a world full of negativity, but we will let our positivity shine! It is important to say positive things, do positive things, and think positive things! We must choose to be kind, caring, respectful, and in control of our actions. Being a bully is not positive! We must make the effort to be a friend.
A – Achieve
Our goal is to keep our schools and our community safe! There will be many challenges and obstacles that will make achieving our goal difficult. We have the ability to make good choices every day so that we can have the best and brightest future possible.
C – Courage
If we experience being bullied, we must not keep it to ourselves. We must have the courage to tell a teacher, our parents, or even a trusted adult. If we’re not the one being bullied, but we witness someone being bullied, we must be a friend and help them! We must report the bullying to our teacher, parent, or a trusted adult. Also, growing up we have new experiences, new challenges, and new feelings. As we have these deep feelings of fear, worry, sadness, and anger, we must share these feelings with those who care about us.
T – Together
This school is a team. We are a family. It is important to be there for each other and support one another. By working together as a team anything is possible. The teachers want nothing but the very best for their students. They want them to be safe and successful every time they walk into the doors of the school.
